North Third is just 10 minutes drive from home and has given many hours of pleasure. A cliff overlooking the reservoir makes a good site for watching birds
or picture making. A visit in February 2006 yielded this image which was visualised in this semi-panoramic state but captured as full size on my Nikon D70 camera. 
It was one of the first images that made me confident in the digital camera's ability to record enough detail to make bigger prints.
