Just after taking this picture of the Cuillin from Elgol on Skye, I met a couple who told me that they had been coming here for 30 years
and never seen it better. It reminded me of the key principles of 'Timing, Lighting & Composition' that underlie good scenic photography. 
Taken on a Nikon F90 & Fuji Velvia slide film this image is one of my all-time favourites.
